M.I. Cloud Food Technology Forms a Dome of Magnetic Interference which creates a Micro Environment to Prevent Dehydration, Oxidation and Bacterial Overgrowth on Fresh Foods.

Recrystallization of water damages the structure of proteins when freezing meats. M.I. Cloud effect minimizes recrystallization (Picture above) during the freezing process, hence maintaining the taste and texture of frozen food.
